Online Testing Center (OTC)

The Online Testing Center (OTC) is available for courses to offer computerized examinations and for large group computer instruction.

    Accommodations for testing larger groups can be made while reserving the room
  • Computers are equipped with CD/DVD ROM drives, flash (USB) ports, jacks for headphones, and privacy shields
  • A computer projector is available in the room
  • Access to a server to house the exam is available
Online Testing Policy
Purpose: Provide guidelines for the utilization of the Library's Online Testing Center for online exams.
Audience: The information in this policy is for use by all library users.
Policy:
  1. Reservations are available on a first come, first serve basis.
  2. Exams should be loaded two (2) business days prior to the scheduled exam date.
  3. Permission to load non-standard testing software must be obtained at least 10 days prior to the exam in accordance with the policy for special software installation. 
  4. Computers will be turned on and ready for testing 15 minutes prior to the scheduled start time for the exam.
  5. The Library does not provide exam proctors or coordinators.
  6. Cancellations must be received at least one (1) day before the exam.
